4. Use the DomiNations base selector at the top of this webpage to change which DomiNations base is currently selected

There could be several reasons:

1. You have not entered your promo code correctly. The promo code is case sensitive. For example, winter2021 and WINTER2021 are 2 different promo codes.
2. Your promo code has expired and this promotion is no longer offered.
3. You have already redeemed this promo code for a DomiNations base connected to your DomiNations World account. Promo codes may only be applied to one connected DomiNations account max.

1. Check your in-game inventory for the DomiNations base you had selected when you redeemed the code. Promo codes rewards are always sent to the base you currently have selected at the top of this webpage.
